  • To maintain your Pilates reformer, clean it regularly with a soft cloth and mild cleaner, especially after each use, to remove sweat and dirt. Inspect the reformer for signs of wear, such as loose bolts or damaged springs, and tighten or replace parts as necessary. Lubricate the rails and springs sparingly with silicone-based lubricant to ensure smooth operation. Keep the reformer in a dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight to prevent moisture damage and fading. Regularly check the springs for tension and replace them every 2-5 years based on usage.
